Contracts Manager – Decorating Division
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Decorating Division and drive operational efficiency, quality, and profitability across all projects. If you have a passion for project management, subcontractor relationships, and delivering top-tier results, this role is perfect for you.

Project Allocation : Efficiently allocate resources to projects, ensuring timelines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Subcontractor Management: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with subcontractors, effectively coordinating their involvement across projects to ensure timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and consistent quality.
Quality & Customer Service : Oversee the quality of work on-site, ensuring all projects meet client expectations and are completed to the highest standards.
Drive efficiency and quality by implementing new ideas and staying ahead of industry trends.
Team Leadership : Manage a team of operatives, supporting their development and recruitment for future projects.
Reporting & Digital Oversight : Provide regular reports on project progress, financials, and challenges while maintaining up-to-date digital job tracking systems.
