Job Description

Role: Contracts Officer

Role type: Full-Time

Location: Sydney CBD



Responsibilities

Review agreements / contracts on a commercial and operational basis
customer contracts, supply contracts, non-disclosure agreements, credit applications
Liaise and coordinate with commercial, operational and legal staff for contract reviews
Support key operational staff to finalise customer / supplier contracts
Provide key national financial/commercial metric updates to the business
Maintain contract (Supplier and Customer)and lease registers
Consolidate monthly business reports
Review and update rate cards
Provide assistance in the due diligence process
Review and update carrier access and site access arrangement documentation for logistics
Provide advice and assistance related to commercial matters
Provide assistance for ad hoc tasks to support the National Contracts Manager and General Manager – Finance & Commercial Services
