The Risk and Finance solutions team requires a Control M Developer to work on their Liquidity and Capital Enhancements and Regulatory reporting Programs. Key attributes include solution realization, design across the capital risk and balance sheet management systems for a range of regulatory and technical optimization requirements.
Responsibilities
Understanding of ETL design principles and best practices.
Understanding of source-to-mapping logic.
Assist in the design, standardization, and implementation of a globally distributed automation platform.
Consolidation and migration of the workload automations onto Control-M
Responsible for ensuring maximum platform availability and prompt and accurate remediation of issues
Skills
Must have
Minimum 4 years of Control-M experience
Create scripts that create Control-M Workflows, preferably in XML format, that can be imported into Control-M
Adept in understanding technical requirements and convert them into control-m flows.
Collaborate with Program Teams to design orchestration workflows, within Control-M
Create scripts & programs for the team to reuse within the Control-M environment
Create orchestration workflows within Control-M, including file transfers, program execution & sequencing
Hands on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting, any ETL Tool is preferred
Working Knowledge of data modeling concepts for both normalized OLTP systems and denormalized data warehouse.
Knowledge on DevOps tools GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins and Run Deck is preferred
Should be able to work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of managers
Analytical, yet able to communicate well with others, both written and spoken
Nice to have
Finance/ Banking domain experience
Familiarity with Agile approaches to development is a plus
Knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus.
