Title/Position: Control-M Managed File Transfer Enterprise (MFTE) Specialist / Engineer
Job Location: Pune / Gurgaon
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift Timings: UK shift
Key Responsibilities:
Managed File Transfer Expertise:
• Rigorously worked on Managing and configuring Control-M MFTE for various file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, AS2, etc.).
• Design, implement, and optimize MFT workflows and job flows within Control-M.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfer failures, security breaches, and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage user access and permissions for MFTE.
• Thorough understanding of Control-M AAPI. Worked extensively on Control-M Automation API would be a plus.
Automation and Scripting:
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Shell, Python, etc.) to streamline MFT processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Integrate MFT workflows with other systems and applications using APIs and scripting.
Security and Compliance:
• Implement and maintain security measures for MFT, including encryption (PGP, GPG), access control, and audit logging.
• Configuring the PGP, GPG for Encryption and Decryptions.
• Configuring password less Fingerprint Authentication.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in Control-M B2B MFTE with a strong focus on Managed File Transfer.
• Deep understanding of Control-M architecture and functionality, especially MFTE.
• Clarity of all the ports(inbound & outbound) at infrastructure level for B2B MFTE.
• Extensive experience with various file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, AS2, etc.)
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Experience with APIs and integrations. (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Understanding of security concepts and best practices.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
