L’offre

Hitachi Énergie est à la recherche d'un/une Contrôleur(e) pour son usine de la Ville de Québec. En tant que partenaire d’affaires, le contrôleur est un membre à part entière de l’équipe de direction de l’usine. Il participe à l’amélioration de la rentabilité de l’usine en identifiant les risques et opportunités, en effectuant des analyses financières ainsi qu’en émettant des recommandations. Sous la responsabilité du Contrôleur régional du Canada, le/la titulaire du poste est responsable de mener les activités financières de l’usine (planification, publication des résultats financiers, analyse financière, etc…), Pour réaliser son mandat, le contrôleur est supporté d’un analyste financier, d’un centre de services partagés ainsi que d’un centre d’excellence en finance.

Votre impact

Mener le processus de prévisions financières (revenues, BAII, flux de trésoreries) et aider à l’identification des risques et opportunités.

Participer à l’amélioration des processus de l’unité d’affaires.

Participer ou mener des projets spéciaux afin d’améliorer et adapter les processus aux nouvelles réalités de l’unité d’affaires (SAP S4HANA)

Présenter les résultats financiers à l’équipe de gestion du HUB Amérique du Nord.

Présenter les prévisions financières (revenues, BAII, flux de trésorerie) à l’équipe de gestion du HUB Amérique du Nord

Analyse de l’évolution des différents comptes de bilan.

Comparer avec les autres groupes de produits/unités d’affaires/divisions afin d’améliorer l’efficience et l’efficacité de l’unité et de la présente fonction.

Le contrôleur est responsable de la gestion, du développement et de l’optimisation de d’un analyste financier.

Répondre à des demandes ad hoc selon les besoins de l’unité d’affaires.

Veiller au respect des règlements, procédures et lignes directrices externes et internes applicables.

Votre expérience

Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, comptabilité et un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en comptabilité ou finance d’entreprise.

Expérience en gestion de personnel

Membre de l’Ordre des CPA

Bonnes connaissances de SAP (un atout) et de Excel.

Connaissances générales de la suite Office

Capacité à promouvoir le changement et l’amélioration continue.

Capacité à travailler en équipe

Bonne capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes

Bonnes aptitudes de communication à l’oral et à l’écrit, autant en français qu’en anglais (avancé)

The Opportunity

Hitachi Energy is looking for a Comptroller for its Quebec City plant. As a business partner, the comptroller is a full member of the plant’s management team. He/she contributes to improving the plant’s profitability by identifying risks and opportunities, conducting financial analyses and issuing recommendations. Under the responsibility of the Regional Comptroller of Canada, the position holder is responsible for carrying out the plant’s financial activities (planning, publication of financial results, financial analysis, etc.). To carry out his/her mandate, the comptroller is supported by a financial analyst, a shared service centre and a finance centre of excellence.

How you'll make an impact

Lead the financial forecasting process (revenues, EBITDA, cash flow) and assist in identifying risks and opportunities.

Participate in improving business unit processes.

Participate or lead special projects to improve and adapt processes to new business unit realities (SAP S4HANA)

Present the financial results to the North America HUB management team.

Present the financial forecasts (revenues, EBITDA, cash flow) to the North America HUB management team

Analysis of changes in the various balance sheet accounts.

Compare with other product groups/business units/divisions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit and this function.

The controller is responsible for managing, developing and optimizing a financial analyst.

Respond to ad hoc requests according to the needs of the business unit.

Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting and a minimum of 10 years experience in Business Accounting or Finance.

Experience in personnel management

Member of the CPA Order

Good knowledge of SAP (an asset) and Excel.

General knowledge of the Office suite

Ability to promote change and continuous improvement.

Ability to work as a team

Good analysis and problem solving skills

Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English (advanced)
