Overview Of The Controller Role
• Complete closings of monthly and annual financial records
• Prepare monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets
• Report to management and financial committee the reasons for any major budget/forecast variance
• Collaborate partner to the President of the organization

Preferred Qualifications For The Controller
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Current or prior non profit industry experience
• Collaborate mindset to work with President and Board of Directors
