Role Description
The Controls Testing team forms an exciting new group within Technology, Data and Innovation's (TDI) Divisional Control and Regulatory Office (DCRO). Reporting into the Head of Controls Testing, you will be responsible for performing design and operational effectiveness testing against a range of TDI's controls as part of the overall control assurance plans for the division.
In addition, you will play a part in facilitating adoption of TDI's new Effective Risk Management Cycle through the provision of ongoing knowledge exchange with relevant stakeholders globally along with the opportunity to highlight and influence potential process efficiencies.

Your key responsibilities
• On behalf of TDI, you will undertake detailed control testing activities to assure control performance and identify any potential deficiencies.
• Developing, maintaining and enhancing detailed control testing plans in conjunction with subject matter experts.
• Actively contribute towards the automation of control testing.
• Drive and support sustainable process and operational efficiencies in the control testing process in conjunction with relevant stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
• University degree or equivalent professional degree, ideally in Information Technology.
• Experience / track record in Information Technology (Software Development and / or Infrastructure / Production Services) and / or in Information Security.
• Experience / track record in technology related Risk Management is beneficial.
• Strong relationship and communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal English skills
