We are seeking a Senior UX Writer / Conversation Designer to join our design team. In this senior role, you will craft compelling, user-centric content and design intuitive conversational experiences for our AI-powered healthcare agents. Your work will directly influence the usability, engagement, and effectiveness of our products, ensuring that our solutions are not only powerful but also accessible and engaging for our users, who include medical professionals such as doctors, nurses, case workers, health advocates, and insurance provider
What You Need
• Experience:
• 10+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in some combination of interactive, content creation, and technical venues.
• Proven experience designing conversational interfaces for AI agents.
• 5+ years of experience as a UX writer.
• Experience developing and managing content programs in a data-driven, integrated environment.
• Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience working with Writing CMS like Acrolinx, Frontitude, or similar to collaborate with UX & Product teams.
• Skills:
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize user insights.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
• Familiarity with AI technologies and natural language processing and generation (NLP/NLG/NLU).
• Ability to articulate big ideas in small spaces and explain complex writing decisions clearly.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a high-quality bar.
• Solid knowledge of design and layout principles.
• Familiarity with agile software development processes.
• Prior experience working in the tech industry, B2B, and B2C mindsets.
• Solid knowledge of the video game industry and experience working on an ecommerce platform.
