Responsibilities:
Preparing and Reviewing Legal Documents:
Must be fimiliar with DEAL MANAGER (Back office)
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to real estate transactions, including contracts, deeds, mortgages, and closing statements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
Facilitating Communication:
Serve as a liaison between clients, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Communicate effectively to provide updates, address inquiries, and facilitate timely resolution of issues.
Coordinating Due Diligence:
Facilitate the due diligence process by gathering and organizing necessary documentation such as title reports, surveys, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with external parties to ensure all required information is obtained and reviewed in a timely manner.
Managing Closing Process:
Assist in coordinating the closing process, including scheduling closings, preparing closing packages, and ensuring all necessary parties are present and informed.
Review closing documents for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or issues as needed.
Providing Administrative Support:
Perform various administrative tasks to support the conveyancing process, such as data entry, file management, and maintaining transaction records.
Assist with organizing and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
Offering Client Support:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing updates on transaction progress.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on conveyancing procedures and requirements, guiding clients through the process with clarity and professionalism.
Staying Current on Regulations:
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to real estate conveyancing.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate conveyancing, legal assistance, or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and analyze legal documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate laws, procedures, and terminology is a plus.
