About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our legal firm, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients and professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high levels of customer service to clients and professional relationships.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, clients, estate agents, and other professionals.
Building upon existing referrer relationships and forging new business development opportunities.
Overseeing all conveyancing stages, ensuring legal compliance.
Supporting more junior team members where required.
Providing clear, expert advice to clients on all aspects of residential property law.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and transfer agreements.
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
Strong knowledge of residential property law and the conveyancing process.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle a busy caseload efficiently.
Ability to build relationships and business development opportunities.
