Our client is a dynamic, multi-office law firm providing a comprehensive range of legal services across the North West and UK. They are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy Conveyancing team in their Delph office. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in property law while working in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Conveyancers in managing caseloads and actioning legal procedures as directed

• Handling file-related queries from clients, either face-to-face or by telephone

• Supporting timely and cost-effective processing of conveyancing matters

• Maintaining accurate and organised client files

• Liaising with clients, taking instructions, and conducting letter and telephone enquiries

• Using firm procedures and systems to manage cases effectively and in line with legal requirements

• Supporting business development by liaising with clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities

• Managing your own workload, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision

• Ensuring clients and introducers of business receive excellent service at all times

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Reliability, diligence, and strong attention to detail

• Ability to commute to Delph

• Previous experience within Conveyancing or Commercial Property
