Job Description
Business is booming and with a growing clients base across a diverse range of industries, from mining and construction through to agriculture and ports, we are looking for experienced Rubber Production Machine Operators (Belt Splicers/Rubber Liners) to join our All Rubber team.
We have positions available in our Bunbury, Perth, Kalgoorlie and Geraldton locations.
Main duties to be performed:
Operating a variety of plant, machinery and equipment including overhead cranes, winches, belt winders, forklifts and hand tools as per procedures and specifications, ensure are stored correctly and maintained in good working condition;
Selecting, preparing, packaging, labelling and loading materials and equipment required to complete work activities;
Monitoring the manufacture and finish of rubber products;
Applies rubber linings to pipes, spools, launders, agitator blades, chutes tanks, valves, pipes, hoppers and similar articles..;
Performing repairs;
Contributes to maintaining a clean, tidy and organised site.

What you will bring:
A professional, proactive and flexible and hands-on approach to work;
At least 2 years of experience in conveyor belt splicing and maintenance or rubber lining industries;
Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team;
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and travel for work/work away.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
