@ GURUGRAM, COO required For a Biggest Apparel manufacturing Group in Asia with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.
Exp: 27 - 33 yrs/ open
Salary; INR 1.2 - 1.4 Cr PA / (nego)
Strengths in WOVEN Garments ( Tops, Bottoms & Dresses / Womenswear ) is a must.
Will be required to handle approx. 4000 - 5000 machines capacity as a PCH.
Prefer professionals with strong understanding of INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING ( IE ), production Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts along with strong business acumen.
Prefer from IE / PPC Background.
Will be responsible to manage all Garment manufacturing and operations / process improvement related activities to ensure target efficiencies are achieved as well as the shipment dates are achieved - based on the required AQL
Prefer with international work experience and at similar level / Position.
Prefer Professionals with formal education in Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering ( Any Engineering ), Planning, Textiles or similar field..
Should have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.
Should have strong people and work management skills.
Should be a Strong leader and a team player.
Reporting to the Director.
Professionals with experience in APPAREL industry will only qualify for this position..
