Responsibilities
As Chief Operating Officer - Marketing Division, you’ll massively accelerate how we reach, attract, convert, and enable users in Web3
You will directly be responsible for marketing, communications and community, shepherding unified 360 GTM efforts
You will report directly to the founders and join the leadership team
Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure the company's success for the short and long term
Oversee daily operations of the company
Lead Marketing, New Business, Clients, Partnerships, IT, Finance and oversee Creative output, Talent and Legal
Lead and manage all new business initiatives (both new and existing clients), champion the studio’s work, grow our client base and total annual recurring revenues
Develop the our clients Web3 brand and presence, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to differentiate and establish a winning value proposition in the market
Provide the Art Directors and creative teams great briefs and on-point creative feedback to ensure best-in-class creative output is on-brief, on-brand, exceeds client outcomes and sets precedents
Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance the reputation and visibility of our clients

Web3 Wasabi is a full-stack web3 Marketing, PR and Social studio for brands and creators focussed on delivering web3 growth, minus the agency fat.

Key responsibilities:
Operations
