Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building and scaling our health services, including nutrition, coaching, fitness, and mental health. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, capable of driving our mission to deliver exceptional health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead the creation and scaling of health services, including nutrition, coaching, fitness, and mental health.
• Establish efficient processes and systems to manage daily operations and enhance productivity.
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Hiring, training and mentoring of the healthcare service team
• Establish operational metrics for tracking quality and efficiency, establish processes for daily/ weekly/ monthly reviews and proactively work on root cause analysis for deviations and problem solve.
2.Team Management:
• Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of health professionals and support staff.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
3.Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to expand service offerings and market presence.
4.Customer Experience:
• Ensure a superior client experience through consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve client satisfaction and outcomes.
• Partnerships and Collaboration:
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums to build brand awareness and drive business development.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably as a COO or similar position.
• Strong background in service industries, consumer tech, logistics, e-commerce, or management consulting.
• Strong motivation and drive for an entrepreneurial role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale health services or similar operational functions.
• MBA or B.Tech from a top-tier institution.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health and wellness would be a plus.
• 5 - 10 years' of executive experience
• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise & work with the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide mentorship to employees.
