smartdept. is searching for a COO for a Fintech investment company client located in WA and NY. The ideal candidate will come with 12+ years of experience. This is a full-time, fully remote contract opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
Strong leadership skills and prior leadership roles.
Make hard decisions, lead collaborations, and promote a positive work culture.
Communicate effectively with employees, customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Articulate their ideas and be active listeners.
Align operational activities with the company's strategic vision.
Have a strategic mindset and be able to think long-term.
Understanding of financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Knowledge of product launch apps./ macro investing
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Need:
A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is a minimum requirement. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is often considered essential.
