Our startup has developed 2 (different) products:

1. An AI video making platform on which user can make customised videos containing real-looking AI human actors. The demo can be found on our company's page.

2. An education platform (app) for Indian students preparing for various exams.

This job post is for a role in our startup as COO or similar non-technical profile. I am looking for candidates preferably MBA or similar background with excellent academic background. There will be a rigorous interview, so please apply only if you have passion working in a startup and if you have great problem solving skills. Your primary goal will be to increase our organisation's productivity, visibility, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights.

What skills you need to possess -

- Very good in Communication (Written/ Verbal). There will be a rigorous interview.

- Very good in Public speaking.

- Can handle non-technical stuff of a startup.

- You need to know how to increase the sales/ revenue by clever marketing techniques.

- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth

- Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research

- Strategic planning and business development experience/ knowledge

- Strong leadership and organisational skills

Please apply if you are serious about working in a startup. You must strictly be from Delhi/ NCR. You initial days will be majorly spent in building brand and increasing sales/ marketing. It can initially be part-time and later we can think about going full-time.
