Job Description
Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel are currently looking for a casual Cook to join our team at our Oak and Vine Restaurant, working from 4pm - 10pm.
Duties Include:
Preparing ingredients to use in cooking
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Keep the kitchen organized and clean
Hourly rates (excluding super):
Monday - Friday: $31.23 per hour
Saturday: $37.47 per hour
Sunday: $43.72 per hour
Qualifications
To be successful you will have:
Proven experience as cook
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking
Availability to work across a variety of shifts - primarily in the evening, multiple times per week.
