SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Driven to provide outstanding nutrition and education to young children
Comply with all relevant legislation, early childhood regulations, policies, procedures, and work guidelines
Have experience in cooking for a large amount of children at any one time
A valid WWCC or willing to obtain
Prepare weekly stock take and ordering
Maintain and ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene, such as cleaning and washing.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is essential for this role
A Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
A certificate in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality is desirable
