Cook plays a vital role in the heart of the restaurant operations.
You will prepare fresh and delicious food.
Solve problems and provide expert advice on vibrant Mexican flavours.
You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high-standard products for our new and regular guests.
Qualifications
Kitchen experience and knife skills are ideal, but not necessary.
Demonstrate a strong focus on food quality and consistency.
Understand and comply with the food safety requirements of the position.
Ensure compliance with all WH&S legislation (act and regulation).
Previous experience in cooking over a char grill would be advantageous. We value experience, but it's not everything.
Kitchen experience is great but not essential.
Be open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort.
Display a 'can-do' attitude and can be relied upon.
