Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Manage kitchen operations. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Personal suitability: Dependability. Excellent oral communication. Initiative. Organized. Team player. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
