Role Profile- Senior Chef and Cafe Frontman
Roles and Responsibilities
⁃ Should always be Hygienic, Well dressed with an apron and a HairMask Cap
⁃ Should be welcoming to all customers and enquiries
⁃ Must to have conversational skills in atleast Hindi and Good to have English/Kannada speaking/comprehension skills to present available menu options
⁃ Should know how to manage Cafe and rectify all the odds
⁃ Should be able to suggest changes for the cafe betterment
⁃ Should be able to cook various cuisines such as Chinese, Continental, Tropical, Punjabi, South Indian and Italian (Refer below details as must to know food items)
⁃ Should know how to delegate cafe daily maintenance work to Helper and Cleaner in order to maintain hygiene
⁃ Should be able to train the helper for minor item preparation such as chopping, slicing, preparation of batter, pre-cooking, tossing, frying, boiling etc.
⁃ Should be able to forecast and quote requirements for raw materials, packaging materials, daily...
