Full Job Description
Responsibilities include:

Making different types of foods
Making food with good quality and taste
Keeping kitchen area clean and tidy
Should know how to cut vegetables and fruits
Preparing food and ingredients.

■Managing kitchen staff or other employees.

■Ordering kitchen food supply.

■Controlling kitchen costs.

■Cooking food and plating it.

■Meeting with guests to ensure they like their food.

■Creating menus or revising current menus.

Managing food budget.

Chef Job Responsibilities:

●Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team.

●Develop and plan menus and daily specials.

●Create prep lists for kitchen crew.

●Manage food costing and inventory.

●Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.

●Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.

●Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas.

●Participate in interview process and selection of kitchen staff.

●Schedule staff and assist in human resources processes as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
