Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cook to start immediately in Dundee. The role involves preparing breakfast and hot lunches, including soups, sandwiches, curries, pies, and chips. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, providing quality meals for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Breakfast Preparation: Prepare and serve various breakfast dishes.
· Lunch Service: Cook hot meals such as soups, sandwiches, curries, and traditional dishes like pies and chips.
· Food Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
· Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
· Time Management: Prepare meals efficiently to meet service times.
Requirements:
· Experience: Proven experience in a cook role, ideally in a similar setting.
· Food Hygiene Certification: Required to comply with food safety standards.
· Adaptability: Ability to handle various dishes and service times.
· Communication Skills: Ability to work well within a team.
