Job Description
We are Hiring for a chef with strong Skills in all areas of the kitchen as well as ordering and inventory controls. The right candidate will be in a support roll with the opportunity to cover the Chef during personal leave. During the period of assuming the Sous Chef role the candidate will be offered an adjusted contract wage. Upon returning to the support role the candidate will receive any accrued raises and pay adjustments earned over their employment.
You will be offered a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to prepare and serve healthy and appealing menus for consumers.
Qualifications
About You
You enjoy working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.
During your mandate, you will be responsible for the skilled preparation, seasoning and cooking of a wide variety of raw food items. Cleanliness of food preparation. You will prepare from a fresh or frozen state, food items as required by the daily menu of all food service locations to a dishing and/or serving state. You will also serve and cash out customers as needed.
You have excellent customer service skills, 5 years' experience, a good attitude and a good sense of team spirit? Join us!
