Work hands on with the Executive Chef and sous chefs to create dishes from scratch and participate in developing specials and new menu items.

Requirements

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
• Prepare and produce food items from the established menu or recipe in a timely manner
• Sanitize equipment and work area and maintain sanitation standards at all times
