We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cook/Chef to join our team at an ALH venue in South Australia.
Job Summary:
Assist senior chefs in preparing meals according to menu and orders.
Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.
Comply with safety and health policies, procedures, and role responsibilities.
Setup and cleaning of kitchen.
About You:
Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro-style kitchen.
Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu.
An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation, and safety.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Trade cooking qualifications are essential.
