Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of measurements is required but will train. · Will cook sauces in large commercial kettles following the batch requirements. · Ensures all bags are properly labeled with defied ingredients for product to be cooked. · Will use electric or manual pallet jacks to move 50lb bags and ingredient packages (weight between 10lb – 30lbs) Experience with folk lift is a plus. · Culinary training/experience and or sous chefs are ideal candidates. · Work week is Monday – Friday
