Cook
We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our kitchen team at Consolidated Lay Group Pty Ltd ATF Consolidated Lay Trust (trading as Waterfront Bistro-Darwin Sailing Club and the Rusty Putter Bistro).
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet our exacting standards, working closely with our Head Chef and other kitchen staff.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following established recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
