Train, mentor and supervise kitchen staff, fostering skill development and teamwork.
Monitor inventory, order supplies and manage stock efficiently to minimise waste control costs.
Collaborate with management to introduce innovative dishes, refine existing recipes and enhance the dining experience.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service, timely food delivery and customer satisfaction.
Adapt to high-pressure environments, demonstrating efficiency, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook in a cafe, restaurant or similar setting.
