Job Description
We are looking for a chef who have knowledge of Indian, Chinese and Continental. The person will be in charge of the rooftop restaurant/cafe(24 cover) kitchen and will have to handle alone. The person will take care of the costing with a mindset to optimize the cost in comparision to the sales.
