Walton Academy for Growth and Change is located approximately 35 miles from the beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico in the Northwest Florida Panhandle.
Pay: starting at $1+ per hour.

What you will do: The Cook/Ancillary Service Support– Kitchen Helper position works as a staff member of the Ancillary Team that provides food services to the site. This position reports to the site Kitchen Manager or other designated supervisor. Maintains the entire dining and preparation facility in a constant state of sanitary acceptance. Insures that all areas are maintained in a sanitary condition that meets or exceeds the requirements set forth by Federal, State, local regulations. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining small wares and food preparation equipment. Ensures exceptional customer service is provided to all students, staff and guests. Completes required reports and documentation in a timely manner, where applicable, and provides management with required reports and advises of any problematic situations. Treats others with respect, confronts negative behavior and supports confrontations.
To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a DJJ and DCF background checks.
Schedule: 4 days per week
• B Shift –Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday/Friday/Saturday - 5am-6pm 1 hour break each day
