Your job :
Efficiently support the day-to-day activities of sales teams
Organize and coordinate internal and client events
Ensure compliance with existing rules and regulations
Coordinate various IT requests
Participate in process improvement
Resolve issues
Work in collaboration with other team coordinators and partners.

Our team is made up of dynamic, motivated professionals who are passionate about customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives. We work closely together to identify market opportunities, develop effective sales strategies and build lasting relationships with our clients.
Prerequisites:
Completion of a three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity, and four years of relevant experience
Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively
Experience in coordination
Banking experience, an asset
Knowledge of Seismic, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, GB Fonds, WebAdvisor, FundServ, Power BI an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
