The Integrated Marketing team sits within the larger Marketing capability.

We are seeking an individual with an integrated marketing background who is passionate about the brand, is detail-oriented, and can work in the fast-paced environment of a professional sports organization. In this role, you will collaborate with nearly all departments across the Bulls front office to support the effective utilization of all owned marketing channels as well as marketing and promotional campaign planning, strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Integrated Marketing Coordinator, you will have hands-on involvement in a variety of initiatives that support our strategic direction. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, this individual will work with the Marketing team to implement comprehensive marketing campaigns and amplify tentpole moments throughout the season for the team including grassroots activations, in-game promotions, advertising, broadcast support, and digital content. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
Lead planning logistics for key marketing initiatives including development of timelines, creative assets, promotional execution, on-site activation, and pre/post communication needs.
Own and manage all in-game promotional assets to ensure current efforts are being properly promoted during the season.
Ensure projects stay on track by balancing multiple moving pieces simultaneously from origin to execution.
Assist the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing with cause marketing, ticketing, sponsorship, retail, and other tentpole campaigns throughout the calendar year to ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and are completed effectively.
Work closely with the Partnership Marketing team to ensure contracted elements are fulfilled both in and out of season.
Align with Entertainment & Events and Corporate Partnerships to effectively use allotted budgets, supply branded elements, and activate promotional plans.
Collaborate with Brand and Fan Development on the strategy and execution of events, collaborations, and fan development efforts.
Work alongside the Digital Marketing and Product teams to increase impact of lead generation, nurture, and retention campaigns.
Review all invoices and expenses against designated budget.
Participate in the development of strategy, activation, advertising and miscellaneous branding related efforts.
Build and deliver detailed recaps for org-wide initiatives aimed at providing a snapshot of the team’s efforts, impact, and key insights from the activation.
Assist in developing and updating comprehensive programmatic calendars and activation schedules.
Develop email communications, talking points, and cross-channel promotional plans.
Assist in scheduling, requesting assets for, and trafficking in-arena and game broadcast ad placements, serving as a point of contact for the United Center and broadcast partners.
Qualifications:
The team is looking for a highly organized self-starter who works well across departments and has direct experience in or related to this role. You could be a potential match for this role if you have a strong mix of the following:
Experience in brand, marketing, communications, or related areas with a focus on marketing. Experience in sports is not required but an interest is suggested
A strong sense of modern-day marketing strategies, including understanding how various platforms work together and influence fandom
Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Highly skilled in project management, specifically working on large project implementations that require collaboration to meet deadlines and deliverables
Working familiarity with data capture, digital, creative development, advertising, and events
Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work within a constantly evolving environment
Ability to communicate articulately and confidently with individuals at every level of the organization both written and verbally
Ability to lead meetings and prioritize multiple projects at once
Experience with handling a budget for large and small work projects
