Fresher or 1 years relevant experience in customer handling
Basic Computer knowledge
Ready to learn and grow with the organization

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
Call our existing users and seek feedback if there is a concern
Pitch for the sales upgrade or training required
Communication with doctors (doc sol / Zomeo), encourage them to use the software / app etc.
Fix appointments for new field sales , this will help field sales to channelize their energy and focus on closures with prior appointment
Call Dr and seek feedback of field sales visits team
Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and customer retention based on data analysis.
Daily calling for new leads HOOC process.
Calls for allotment procedure.
Handling licensing procedures.
