We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator, Ticket Sales to join our Ticketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be a key driver of revenue growth, focusing on selling season tickets, group packages, event suites, and premium seating. You will not only manage the entire group sales process but also build lasting relationships with clients and lead the sales efforts for Lee’s Family Forum. Position Summary:
Exceed individual and team new business revenue goals with a focus on group and single-game suite rentals.
Establish and grow new relationships with clients for group and single-game event suites.
Manage the execution of all Fan Experience Packages, including pre-game hockey tournaments, intermission performances, and national anthem performances.
Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned account base, building strong relationships through proactive communication.
Drive additional revenue by selling upgrades, add-ons, and generating referrals.
Complete a minimum of 50 activities per day, with at least 20 focused on new, self-prospected businesses for group and single-game suite sales.
Proactively address and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries in a calm and professional manner.
Ensure all account data and information are accurate and complete.
Assist in the development of customized programs and events to drive loyalty within group and single-game accounts.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a strong sales focus.
Problem-Solving: Creative, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to build rapport and interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of a ticketing system and previous experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 1-2 years of ticket sales and/or service experience, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation
Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 pounds)
Manual dexterity for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, and written materials
Hearing ability to participate in meetings and telephone conversations
Ability to travel occasionally as required by business needs
