The Opportunity
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our Corporate Hub Facilities & Workplace Experience team. This highly visible role serves as the primary Welcome Desk Host for Hyatt’s corporate Hub office, delivering a best-in-class arrival and concierge experience for colleagues, guests, and partners. The role collaborates closely with Corporate HR, Facilities, Events, and Food & Beverage teams to bring Hyatt’s culture of care to life in the corporate workplace. The Role
Serve as the primary Welcome Desk Host and Concierge for the Hyatt Corporate Hub
Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, visitors, vendors, and leadership
Manage front desk operations, including PBX phone transfers and visitor registration
Support food and beverage services, meetings, and events within the Hub
Partner with Facilities, Events, HR, and vendors to ensure seamless daily operations
Support evolving Hub workplace initiatives and service enhancements
Qualifications
Qualifications
2+ years of hospitality, concierge, front desk, or workplace experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a corporate or hospitality environment preferred
Comfort with multi-line phone systems / PBX preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; visitor or workplace systems a plus

The salary range for this position is $42,400 - $53,000. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
