Salesforce Copado Developer
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: WFH
Responsibilities
1. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service and Experience Cloud) and Copado Release Management Platform and a desire to keep learning.
2. Be responsible for overseeing release management in our Salesforce platform, ensuring the team is properly utilizing DevOps deployment tools (Copado) and best practices. User support tickets
3. In-depth knowledge and experience in Salesforce release management processes, including creating release plans, managing deployment dependencies, and coordinating release schedules. Will be directly responsible for scheduling, planning, and controlling the software's development and delivery process
4. Proficiency in working with the Copado platform, including configuring and managing Copado components such as pipelines, user stories, user story tasks, user story tests, and promotion processes.
5. Strong understanding of deployment automation concepts and tools, including experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows and related tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
6. Assisting with related reporting/analytics and deploying to production the enhancements for various projects.
7. Familiarity with the Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandboxes, change sets, metadata deployment, and version control.
8. Experience with source control systems like Git or SVN, and understanding of versioning concepts, branching strategies, and code merging.
+. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues effectively. Experience in managing deployment errors, conflicts, and environment-specific challenges.
10. Proficient in documenting release plans, deployment processes, and change management procedures. Understanding of the importance of maintaining proper documentation and adhering to change control and governance processes
