This candidate will be responsible for creating and distributing informative, high-value social content to followers across various social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They will have a passion for creative storytelling and creating content that influences, educates, and engages audiences.
General Duties & Responsibilities
• Write SEO optimised blogs/articles for Perform research on current benchmark trends & audience preferences on Cryptocurrency
• Originating creative campaigns to help grow the product lines of the client
• Use detective-like mentality to investigate and escalate potentially suspicious activities
• Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets
• An expert level understanding of cryptocurrency, derivatives and trading workflows
• Write high-engagement social media content that reflects the client’s brand’s voice
• Produce error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guideline
• Solid grasp of SEO concepts and understanding of the nuances of social media writing
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with deadlines
• Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs
• Drive brand consistency across all company communications
• Develop and implement brand guidelines
• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to pivot quickly
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
• Proven writing experience in or for Crypto/Fintech company
• 2-3 years’ experience in content writing, marketing or copywriting, preferably with an agency
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong creative thinking skills & ability to think conceptually
• Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
• Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
• Strong attention to detail
