About the Role
At Nua, we believe in placing our customers at the centre of everything we design. We are constantly working towards providing our customers with meaningful experiences while addressing their core needs through an innovative and empathetic mindset.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is enthusiastic about crafting unique solutions for the brand, in the form of copy and comms for various channels. The role will largely encompass breaking down the briefs provided by the teams and executing end-to-end copy.
Key Responsibilities
• Write compelling copy and see it through from idea to execution.
• Partner with the design team to create relevant creatives on a daily basis.
• Write copy for all channels like social media, performance marketing, website, marketplaces, packaging and retail.
• Meet project timelines and ensure quality delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency in copy across all assets.
• Stay up to date with the on-going trends for marketing, creative, social and ensure Nua’s comms and copy stay relevant in the industry.
• Be original, experimentative with an open mind to try out new things.
Job Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in copywriting/creative roles/brand copy roles.
• Bachelor’s /Master's degree in copywriting or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating application of copy, creative ideas, brand work and creative comms.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the category and products is a must.
• Good grammar and understanding of different formats is a must.
• Detail oriented, critical thinker and customer-centered.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated and a team player.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in copy and creative.
