JOB DESCRIPTION

Content Research
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
Research industry-related topics by combining web sources, interviews and studies
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
Research & develop content on trending topics in our target regions related to Womenswear Fashion Industry
Copywriting:
Develop content for all channels (i.e. social media, website, product description, etc) which reflects brand tone and voice.
Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice
Collaborate with Marketing team to develop a variety of content marketing materials
Devising content strategy in collaboration with creative head for new product & collection launch, ad campaigns, customer engagement, etc
Develop and monitor content developed for all communications i.e. online, offline, internal & external communications
Use search engine optimization strategies to write copy that helps boost brands search engine ranking
Asses customer feedback and develop content for customer care team across all channels i.e. voice, email, chat and message communications that reflects brand tone and voice


Content Writing
Prepare Annual Content Writing Calendar and re-evaluate every quarter
Create content for blogs, vlogs, articles, press release, product descriptions, social media, company company website and any other communication with all channels
Research on keywords while developing content
Edit and polish content produce by other team members to improve readability
Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience
Create content pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost our brand awareness
Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content


Team Management
Assign work to in-house & freelance content writers along with description of work (i.e. word count, content objective, keywords, tone of voice, etc)
Proof read every content submitted by content writers before posting it on any channel
Proof-reading content submitted by content writers for errors and inconsistencies. Review these key parameters i.e. keyword density, tone, style, readability and originality of the content
Assist the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns
Coordinate with Content Writing Agencies/ Freelancers to assign, review & give feedback on work assigned
Monitor the performance of Content Writers and give feedback to management


Cross Functional Activities
Coordinate with Website Development and Digital Marketing team to ensure successful upload of contents on digital platforms i.e. website, social media, etc
Work with Graphic Designer to develop illustrations for content/ articles/ press release


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
