Netcore is a marketing technology provider. Our tools are used by the marketing teams at more than 6000 consumer brands around the world, including McDonalds, The Body Shop, Crocs, Flipkart, Myntra, Airtel and many more. Our products are complex technology, with powerful features and integrated AI. Our engineers love talking about the amazing features that they are building. But our audience are CMOs and busy marketing teams. They want to understand how Netcore products will make their lives easier and help them to achieve success. And like most marketing teams, they appreciate creative design and copy in the communication. Additionally, our sales cycle can be 3-+ months. The type of information a prospective customer needs when they are just discovering Netcore, is very different to the communication they expect when they are closer to the purchase. The role of the copywriter is to help bridge that gap – to distil complex technology into engaging stories and copy that resonates with our audience and guides them through their buying journey
Impact you will create in the job:
• The focus of this role is short form copy, creative ideation and strategy
• Working on brand communication and campaigns
• Storytelling through videos and other formats
• Creating copy for webpages, landing pages and performance marketing ads
• Providing feedback to content writers and product marketing teams on how to improve the impact of their writing
What we look for?
• We are looking for at least 8-10 yrs experience in copywriting and creative strategy.
• The experience can be in both agency and brand environments. Related experience such as creative design and video production is also beneficial. You need to be able to write powerful short form copy that both resonates with a marketing audience, and accurately conveys the benefits of our products.
• We have customers around the world, so you also need to be able to adapt your copy to markets like the US, Europe, India and Asia, by gathering market understanding from our local teams
• The role may involve managing junior writers, however we expect the copywriter to be foremost a creator, rather than a manager.
• Experience in B2B/SaaS copywriting is very helpful, because of the understanding of buyer journeys and experience in translating technical products into simple copy.

• A portfolio of great, short-form copy, particularly examples where you have translated product features into audience-focused language.
• Examples of any other creative work that you have work on, such as design or videos.
• Your understanding of the role of great copy in b2b buyer journeys
