Job Description:
As a Copy Writer & Strategist at Dozti, you will be responsible for developing and refining written communication across email campaigns, brand positioning materials, and client-facing communication systems. This role combines strategic communication, research, audience analysis, and structured writing execution. You will analyze audience behavior, study competitor positioning, evaluate communication patterns across industries, and develop messaging frameworks aligned with business objectives.
You will work closely with leadership to transform ideas, offers, and operational goals into structured communication systems that are clear, persuasive, and aligned with long-term brand positioning. You will also be responsible for maintaining audience engagement through structured communication strategies across email lists and other digital communication channels. This is not a high-volume content production role. It is a strategic communication position focused on messaging architecture, positioning clarity, audience engagement, and long-term brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic messaging for websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and brand materials.
• Research competitors, market positioning, and communication trends across industries.
• Study competitor positioning, communication patterns, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for stronger market differentiation.
• Write and optimize email sequences, promotional messaging, and audience engagement materials.
• Develop communication strategies that maintain audience engagement across email lists and client-facing communication channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategy into structured messaging systems.
• Ensure consistency in tone, positioning, and communication standards across platforms.
• Analyze messaging effectiveness and recommend refinements where necessary.
• Support development of brand voice guidelines and communication standards.
• Assist in creating audience-specific messaging for different products, services, and campaigns.
• Organize and maintain structured copy documentation and communication systems.
Requirements:
• 3 or more years of experience in copywriting, strategic communications, brand messaging, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of persuasive communication and audience psychology.
• Excellent English writing and editing ability.
• Advanced writing ability with strong understanding of tone calibration, persuasive communication, and structured messaging systems.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear and compelling communication.
• Ability to analyze competitor communication styles and identify opportunities for positioning differentiation.
• High attention to detail and messaging consistency.
• Familiarity with email communication systems and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work in a structured, collaborative environment.
