Eleve Media is looking for a talented creative powerhouse to add to our growing media team. Somebody who isn’t afraid of taking risks on their way to creating breakthrough influencer executions that are rooted in witty copy, cultural trends, and brand insights. Somebody who knows the difference between a dedicated and an integrated. Somebody who is eager to take the skills and knowledge from their past experiences and apply them to real client needs.

The Copywriter is a concept ninja with an ability to devise a variety of creative ideas, captions and write in multiple voices for our creator and brand integrations on social every day. They will sit at our company headquarters four days a week and devise best-in-class ideas and content requirements for leading brands and creators

Abilities:
• Understands the nuances across the social platforms, writing according to best practices and audience preferences – you live and breathe social which is demonstrated through your natural writing style
• Ability to ideate social content and narrative for different platforms
• Understands the use of hashtags and provide recommendations
• Experience working with different brand guidelines, personalities and tone of voice
• Able to write creatively and strategically according to the larger content strategy
• Can develop and brainstorm compelling brand content stories
• Actively stay on top of content trends and best practices to keep writing engaging and topical
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively while taking direction from others
• Create multiple digital and social assets in a fast-paced environment often requiring short turnarounds
• Stay updated on client’s style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging

Responsibilities:

1. Creative Writer: Bring multiple brand voices to life daily. This individual should have strong concepting and writing ability to respond to planned opportunities, real-time moments, influencers, brands, fans or events. You will need to write both short and long form content - right from instagram captions, one-liners for stories, scripts for youtube integrations, film concepts for brands, tweets and long form content such as blogs or editorial write ups

2. Cultural Maven: Has a finger on the pulse of new and upcoming cultural trends and actively collaborates with a cross-functional team to capitalize on moments for the brand. This person would constantly be seeking opportunities for creator and brand collabs to build increase brand’s SoV and break through culture.

3. Creative Brainstormer: After gathering inputs or while monitoring trends, this person is responsible for rallying the briefs and even jump-starting creative ideas with the strategy and operations team.

4. Strategic Decision Maker: This candidate should make decisions around whether or not to move forward with a real-time opportunity based on the brand positioning, social strategy and brand guidelines. They would partner closely with the Strategy teams to vet brand opportunities and assess risk.

5. Fan & Influencer Engagement: This person will be responsible for partnering with operation managers to mine for and respond to meaningful, high-impact fan engagements with celebrities, influencers, other brands, and brand advocates.

Qualifications :

A Bachelor’s Degree OR Creative Portfolio School Certificate

1-3 years of professional working experience
• Strong, creatively rich portfolio or work samples that showcases memorable copywriting on social
• Extensive experience writing and editing within a creative or agency environment
• No ego. Collaborates easily and often. Displays good judgement, maturity, and enthusiasm.
• Flexible and adaptive to meet changing needs or direction
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
• Deliver consistently under high-pressure situations
• Ability to demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking and fresh ideas
• Has good knowledge of social channels
• Personally active on social media
• Knows the creator/influencer ecosystem well
