Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Copywriter to join our vibrant People Advisory Team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering impactful communication strategies that elevate our clients' HR initiatives and engage their employees. This role requires the person to be the voice of our HR expertise, crafting written materials that inform, inspire, and educate.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Development: Collaborate with the People Advisory Team and Design team to plan, conceptualise, and write engaging awareness and sensitisation campaigns on various HR topics for diverse client audiences
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as content creators, designers, and marketing managers to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives
• Ownership and Creativity: Take ownership of client projects and get your creative juices flowing to strategise innovative solutions
• Research: Conduct secondary research to write compelling and thought-provoking copies
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in copywriting and marketing
• Solid knowledge of design and internal communication processes
• HR/Internal people communication experience
