Copy Writer & Owned content specialist Location:Mumbai preferred (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai & Pune can be accommodated) Acommunications specialist with experience in journalism and storytelling to bea part of an internal news team. Key responsibilities include identifying'stories across the company, working with internal teams to create narrativeand media outreach plans. The individual will also have to work closely withinternal as well as external stakeholders (including PR agencies) to ensuremaximum & effective outreach. The role will primarily be of a storyteller-identifying stories from large volumes of content and data and creating theminto exciting into compelling narratives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in media, communication, PR centric qualification Minimum of 3 yrs experience journalism and or advertising and public relations journalism experience is preferred Experience in working with a large media organization as a journalist will be preferred Experience in a large global enterprise strongly preferred. Experience in analyzing, developing and communicating complex information, as well as developing compelling external messages Skillsets needed: Excellent writing skills Strong people's skills Ability to multi task & work across stakeholders (internal & external) Ability to decode data and simplify, Nose for news is critical- ability to access a lot of data and find newsy and interesting points Job Description: Play a role in creating owned content Take a lead in writing for video, online stories for owned platforms Engaging across teams to identify stories across the company Writing narratives & briefs for stories Writing press releases Planning media campaigns across stories Creating media and PR outreach plan for each story across outlets Co-ordinating with internal teams to create narrative and media outreach plans Closely working with web team to help story dissemination Interestedcandidates can send their profiles on
