â—Must've worked with big brands and new age campaigns
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUISITE
â—Microsoft Office must; others added value
â—Some familiarity with US English/usage as well as Hindi
â—Comprehensive knowledge of Social & Digital Media, Online Marketing, Publishing platforms and abreast with latest industry trends.
â—Dynamic written communication presentation and oration skills; strong hold on language
â—Strong understanding of the changing role of digital media in brand development
â—Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows
PERSONNEL SKILL REQUISITE
â—Expresses clearly and an active listener to constructive feedback and instructions
â—Eagerness to learn and explore various facets of the job with an enthusiasm to share learning with others
â—An enthusiast and fanatic of new-age digital advertising
â—Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines
â—Must be adept at working in a dynamic team structure

QUALIFICATION
â—Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
