From blogs and social media posts to website copy and email campaigns, you’ll help us connect with families looking for quality childcare and educators searching for rewarding careers.

What You’ll Do:
Write and edit high-quality, engaging content that boosts enrolments and attracts top talent
Write SEO-optimised copy to enhance online visibility and lead generation
Develop blog posts, social media content, website copy, and email campaigns
Collaborate with our Marketing team to ensure messaging is on brand and cohesive
Position Explorers as a thought leader in early childhood education
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in copywriting, journalism, or digital marketing
Strong writing, editing, and research skills
SEO knowledge (a plus!)
A passion for storytelling and early learning education
Ability to adapt tone and messaging across multiple digital platforms
