Job Role - Copywriter/Content Writer
Location - Mumbai

TeamLease EdTech provides a modular multi-modal classroom model of learning that works across multiple classrooms - Online, Onsite, On-Job, and Virtual to provide a seamless learning experience to the learner. TL Edtech has exclusive partnerships with 40 of India’s largest Universities across 16 Indian states, trains 3.5 Lakh students on its platform through + Indian languages, works with 4500 corporates in their upskilling/skilling initiatives, and manages over 200 degree, diploma, certificate programs.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Produce creative ideas for digital campaigns as well as individual pieces of communication such as emailers, brochures, banners, website content, etc.
• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinctive voice. Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements and communicate to the designers
• Create compelling and engaging social media content to drive traffic and expand our clients’ digital footprints
• Create daily content for multiple social media platforms
• Strategize content based on consumer & competition research
• Proactively engage users with relevant and innovative campaigns
• Communicate with clients on service expectations and feedback
• Editing and proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
Functional/Technical skills:
• 2-3 years of relevant ad campaign and copywriting experience
• Understanding of major social media platforms
• Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and grow an audience through the use of compelling video and ad content
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Impeccable attention to detail, excellent grammar and copy-writing skills
• Understands what works on social media and can work with the B2C (lead generation) team to generate good quality (and quantity) traffic through various platforms
