What you will be doing:
• Quickly learn and master our tone of voice and style guide and flex that tone across our social media, email, B2B, and employer branding copy
• Craft captions for all our social media channels, pitch ideas for social posts, write for special events, review and craft copy for direct mailers, and more
• Proactively collaborate with marketing designers to deliver cohesive work — and present that work to stakeholders with confidence and backing behind your creative choices.
• Always proofread your work and deliver work on time, with time management help from our managers.
• What you should bring:
• 3 years of experienced writing, Impeccable copywriting skills.
• Organized, self-aware, collaborative, team player
• Bonus points for an interest in or experience with finance or tech space

Responsibilities:
• Ideate and produce high-quality marketing content across engagement, digital, social, ATL branding, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging and flawless execution.
• Manage the content calendar and regularly generate fresh, relevant ideas for all marketing levers.
• Research and write informative content tailored to our target audience.
• Monitor and optimize content performance using key metrics.
• Proven understanding of and curiosity about current and emerging digital trends
• Ability to collaborate, concept, write, edit and present. Provide others with direction without needing much
• Ability to take ownership of projects, as well as willingness to step in to help others as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working with creative/content teams, social media, and/or video teams in consumer-focused businesses.
• Highly skilled in conceptualizing and scriptwriting.
• Proven track record and a thorough understanding of various marketing channels.
• Knowledge of personal finance is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with video agencies/production houses and proficiency in vernacular languages (apart from English) will be a great bonus.
• Strong creativity and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
